Comprehensive equipment

CHS adapts to the usually high requirements of military users and supplies turnkey solutions that can be operated in different climate zones and on the desired means of transportation. Thanks to the systems already supplied, including to other NATO partners, CHS has extensive know-how and can implement many different solutions and ideas.

Our containers are designed for use in hot, cold or humid climates and provide protection from the elements. The containers are customized to accommodate various military functions such as shelters, storage rooms, workshops or operations centers.

Projects

WSA PzH 2000

The 20' Low Cube workshop and spare parts containers are designed for use in any terrain. The system consists of two modified ISO containers with container portal doors and additional staff doors. The containers can also be operated while on the truck, with pull-out ladders providing access and an intermediate platform connecting the two containers. Thanks to these modular solutions, the containers can be deployed by personnel very quickly and can be operated at temperatures from -32° to +49° (-25°F to 120.2° F). Equipped with a generator set, door gantry crane, extensive electrical installation and modular workshop equipment, the containers offer great flexibility and self-sufficient operation.

Spare parts logistics

Our mobile container systems support the troops with the supply of spare parts in the theater of operations. We have developed mobile spare parts systems in various projects to enable the logistical supply of wheeled and tracked vehicles in highly dynamic combat. It is therefore essential for the logistical task forces to have quick access to the required spare parts in order to be able to repair defective vehicles at short notice. The insulated containers are equipped with cabinets and drawers for small spare parts. However, large components such as spare wheels or leaf springs are also installed in specially designed holders in a form-fit and force-fit manner.

Maintenance and repair of vehicles

These containers enable the maintenance and repair of numerous vehicles, from trucks and cars to motorcycles and industrial trucks. CHS integrated over 30,000 spare parts and tools in five different container systems. The containers can be transported intermodally and used worldwide, even in military areas of operation. They are self-sufficient and can be used both on trucks and in remote operation.

Workshop container air defense system

The 20' Low Cube workshop and spare parts containers are used as part of European air defense for the protection of troops, population and infrastructure for the European air defense system. This system is part of the European Sky Shield Initiative (ESSI) "to strengthen air defense capabilities within NATO" (source: bundeswehr.de) and is maintained and serviced using the workshop systems supplied by us. Our own power generators, a complete workshop area and a fully equipped spare parts warehouse create redundancies and thus contribute directly to the operational capability of European air defense.
